What this service is

This service generates self-help document preparation for Allegheny County, PA residential property assessment appeals. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent you before any board, hearing, or court. You are responsible for reviewing, filing, and presenting your own appeal.

No guaranteed outcome

We do not and cannot guarantee that your assessment will be reduced, or by how much. The Board of Property Assessment Appeals and Review (or any subsequent appeal body) makes the final determination.

Payment and refunds

Reports are sold for a single flat fee, charged once, with no recurring or subscription billing. If you're unsatisfied with your report, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Eligibility check

The free address lookup tells you before payment whether we found a clear over-assessment case. We only charge you if we did.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any outcome of your appeal, including a denied appeal or an unchanged assessment.
